Meter Reading

A self-billed customer of Clay Union Electric reads their meter between the 25th and the 1st day of each month. A packet with return envelopes, billing cards and a rate chart will be mailed to customers prior to the first electric bill. Call us if you have any questions about reading your electric meter. Please send us your reading by the 1st of each month.

• Please email your meter readings directly to Lori at lrueb@clayunionelectric.coop.
• Please include your Name, Account Number, Meter # and corresponding Meter Reading each month.
• If you do not receive a response from us saying "Thank You" for your reading, we did not received your email.
• If you would like a reminder sent to you when it is time to read your meter, please submit your email address to us.
